HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE FOR MY PET?
For best results, measure your pets current collar at the adjusted length from end to end. Lay the collar flat and measure from one end of the buckle to the other as shown below.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all forms of credit or debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and more! We do accept cash for local pick-up only.

As small business owners and hard working entrepreneurs, we are creating each order by hand and with love. Our products are handmade by our founders, not by machines - so each product is one of a kind with slight im-purr-fections that make them unique!
* CLEANING AND CARE *
For simple cleaning, use warm water (NOT HOT) and either your dogs shampoo, a mild dish soap, eco friendly laundry detergent of your preference. Rub the detergent on the damp collar, then rinse and repeat. Pat dry. Easiest to give it a hand wash at the same time you give your fur baby a bath.

While you can use the washing machine to clean your products on a gentle cycle (laundry bag recommended), do not use the dryer. Always pat to dry and keep away from heat.

For deodorizing, soak overnight in warm water and baking soda.
Always remove your pets collar after it has gotten wet until it is fully dry.

** No two products are entirely alike! We are humans, not machines, therefore each product is one-of-a-kind!

** If your pup plays rough, we recommend the "Shiloh" collar. ​
​
**Burnt Ends - not the BBQ dish! We hand make our products using incredibly strong cord material that requires burnt ends for the perfect finish. Do not be alarmed, this is normal and part of the process.

** If you are looking to purchase a collar for a cat, please specify that with your order as we will use lighter & thinner materials.
​
** If your pup is a small breed, we do not recommend the "Jake" collar as the pattern is wider. In addition, for large breeds, we do recommend the "Jake" collar.

HOW DO THE PRODUCTS GET THEIR NAMES?
As crazy pet ladies, we have had countless pups and various animals make an impact on our lives. The collars and accessory styles are all named after a special furry friend that we have bonded with.
For example: the "Tiny" & the "Shiloh" are both named after pups that we helped re-home to their fur-ever family's. The "Jake" style is named after our childhood dog that inspired our original love for pets.
